Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef 80/20 recommended
  • 4 –5 cups lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup onions diced or sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, pepper jack, etc.
  • ¼ cup pickles sliced (optional)
  • cup burger sauce or special sauce of choice

Optional: Avocado slices, jalapeños, sautéed mushrooms

Instructions
 

  • Warm a tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Cook until fully browned, about 6–8 minutes, then drain excess fat if desired.
  • Meanwhile, chop lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
  • In a bowl, lay a bed of lettuce.
  • Top with the warm, seasoned beef and sprinkle cheese.
  • Drizzle with burger sauce.
  • Garnish with diced tomatoes, onions, and any optional add-ons (pickles, avocado).
  • Enjoy immediately.
