Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

(Optional) Zero-carb sweetener, to taste

(Optional) 1 teaspoon beef gelatin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (162°C).
  • Soften the cream cheese by leaving it at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Blend cream cheese and eggs in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Add melted butter and heavy cream, mixing thoroughly.
  • Optional: Stir in sweetener or beef gelatin as desired.
  • Line your muffin tin with paper or silicone liners.
  • Pour the batter into each cup, filling them about ¾ full.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until edges are set and the centers jiggle slightly.
  • Cool for 10 minutes in the tin, then chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set.
