Instructions

  • Add melted butter and coconut milk, stirring gently until everything is well mixed.
  • Fold in optional add-ins like raisins or grated coconut if desired.
  • Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 60–70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs.
