  • 1 –2 pounds of your favorite fries waffle, steak-cut, classic
  • 1 –2 cups shredded cheese cheddar, pepper jack, or mozzarella
  • 1 cup cooked protein chicken breast, ground beef, or beans (Optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños Optional
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes Optional
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Fries

  • o Season lightly with salt and pepper.
