Ingredients
  

  • Chia Seeds: 4 tablespoons
  • Mango Purée: 1 cup fresh or frozen
  • Milk or Non-Dairy Alternative: 1 cup coconut, almond, or dairy
  • Sweetener Optional: 1–2 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or agave

(Optional) ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, pinch of salt, cinnamon, or cardamom

Instructions
 

  • Purée or Mash Mango
  • o Blend fresh or thawed frozen mango until smooth.
  • Combine Mango and Milk
  • o In a bowl, mix mango purée with your choice of milk.
  • Sweeten to Taste (Optional)
  • o Stir in sweetener if desired. Adjust sweetness based on how ripe your mango is.
  • Add Chia Seeds
  • o Slowly whisk in chia seeds, making sure there are no clumps.
  • Set in Fridge
  • o Cover the bowl and chill for at least 2 hours. Stir again after 15 minutes to break up any seed clusters.
  • Serve and Enjoy
  • o Check consistency and add more liquid if needed. Spoon into individual containers, garnish, and serve.
