Ingredients
  

  • cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder sifted
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
  • Beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth.
  • Sift matcha powder into the mixture. Stir to blend.
  • Add heavy cream, vanilla, and eggs one at a time. Mix gently.
  • Pour filling over the cooled crust.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes, then let it rest in the oven (turned off) for 10 minutes.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
