- 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
- 3 cups chicken broth low-sodium recommended
- 12 ounces pasta penne or bow-tie
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
(Optional) Shrimp, hot sauce
