- 3 cups approx. 360g all-purpose flour
- 1 cup 225g unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- ¾ cup 180ml milk (warm to 110°F/43°C)
- 1 packet 2¼ tsp active dry yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
(Optional) Almond paste, chocolate chips, or cheese
Keep butter and dough cold throughout the process for best results.
